JEUDI SOIR, APR\u00c8S 17 h, CE SERA TROP TARD !<\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pour 4 ans, nos repr\u00e9sentants seront \u00e9lu-e-s \u00e0 la CAPN, ainsi qu’au CSA minist\u00e9riel et aux CAPA et CSA de proximit\u00e9 ! Alors, si vous faites partie de celles et ceux qui ont oubli\u00e9, ou qui h\u00e9sitent encore, c’est le moment ou jamais.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lors de nos d\u00e9placements, nous entendons PARTOUT, que \u00e7a va mal<\/mark><\/strong>, qu’on se moque de nous<\/strong><\/mark>, qu’on ne nous prend que pour des ex\u00e9cutants<\/strong><\/mark>, que nous ne recevons le peu d’informations que par la presse et tr\u00e8s rarement pour notre hi\u00e9rarchie.<\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nous sommes trait\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re in\u00e9quitable : adjoint-e-s et chef-f-e-s, <\/mark>tant pour le<\/mark> r\u00e9gime<\/mark><\/strong> indemnitaire<\/mark><\/strong> que pour nos mutations ou nos promotions<\/mark><\/strong>, sans que des raisons valables nous soient donn\u00e9es. Et maintenant au d\u00e9plaisir de toutes et tous, autant les chef-fe-s d\u2019\u00e9tablissement que les adjoint-e-s, voil\u00e0 les seconds \u00e9valu\u00e9s par les premiers, \u00e0 l’oppos\u00e9 de la notion m\u00eame d’\u00e9quipe.<\/mark><\/strong> Nos salaires<\/mark><\/strong> ne sont toujours pas revaloris\u00e9s. les plus faibles au sein de l’Europe…<\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sans oublier le <\/mark>d\u00e9mant\u00e8lement de toute l’\u00c9DUCATION NATIONALE<\/mark>, la <\/mark>transformation inadmissible de la voie professionnelle<\/mark>, et s’il fallait tout citer, des pages et des pages ne suffiraient pas, alors :<\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00c7A SUFFIT, IL FAUT QUE TOUT CELA CHANGE !<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
