Ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9galement communiqu\u00e9s au sein du Comit\u00e9 Technique Minist\u00e9riel dans lequel nous si\u00e9geons. <strong>En r\u00e9ponse<\/strong>, le Minist\u00e8re explique que notre profession entrera ainsi dans le droit commun de la Fonction Publique : c&rsquo;est oublier le fonctionnement particulier des \u00e9quipes de direction. Pour marquer notre opposition, nous avons quitt\u00e9 la r\u00e9union du 7 mai, rejoints dans cette position par la CGT-\u00e9ducation et le Snalc. Ce changement dans l\u2019\u00e9valuation des personnels de direction adjoints a \u00e9t\u00e9 introduit en parall\u00e8le \u00e0 un nouveau mode d\u2019attribution d\u2019une partie de l\u2019IF2R ainsi qu\u2019\u00e0 son annualisation. Ceci permettant \u00e0 certains d\u2019afficher une augmentation de la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration des personnels.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le compte-rendu du GT du 18 juin dernier d\u00e9crit le r\u00f4le que le CREP (Compte Rendu d\u2019Evaluation Professionnelle) prendra dans la part indemnitaire, la mani\u00e8re dont l&rsquo;autorit\u00e9 hi\u00e9rarchique pourra se l&rsquo;approprier au moment des phases de mobilit\u00e9. M\u00eame si la part indemnitaire de l&rsquo;IF2R \u00e9voluera de mani\u00e8re substantielle \u00e0 compter de 2022 puis de 2023 pour les chefs comme pour les adjoints.
